Mission minded people..
So this morning Father really spoke to me..Never give up on unanswered Prs!"Mission Minded People"
Phillipians 4:10-19
1.Mission minded people have a Concern for others.
Luke 13:34
Luke 19:10
2.mission minded people find their Contentmenat in the Lord.
1 timothy 6:6-8 Yet true religion with contentment is great wealth.After all,we didnt bring anything with us when we came into the world and we certainly cannot carry anything with us when we die.So if we have enough food and clothing let us be content.
3.Mission minded people have Faith in God to meet their needs.
Luke 12:32-33
4.Mission minded people seek to glorify God.
1 corinthians 10:31 So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do,do it all for the golry of God.
John 3:17 For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world,but to save the world through Him.
-The question isnt why doesnt someone do something,its why arent WE doing something?
-We live in a Mission feild(cleveland county is the biggest lost county in oklahoma..and thats where i live)
-We must choose to be Mission minded people.
-We need to be concerned about peoples souls in our prayer requests not just physical things.
-We are ALWAYS gonna have needs,but if we are Faithful God is always going to provide!
-God placed us here not to be happy but to serve Him and if we are serving him we are gonna be filled with Joy!
-Its not whats happening on the ouside its whats on the inside that counts.(people all around us are lost this is a mission oppertunity everyday just with the people we run into on a day to day basis..)
-As Paul did,we need to have one purpose,and thats to glorify God.Our focus should be on leading the lost to Him!
-We must pray for the lost..and expect them to come to know Father!
This lesson just really hit me..there were a lot of other facts i wish i could add but i dont know them all..but today Father really spoke to me and told me that i am here for a reason and that i have to reach out and pray for the lost..hmm things ive heard and heard why it took so many times for me to listen..oh!Thankyou Father! &hearts
